General Contractor
Ed has over 20 years of experience in remodels and renovations and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining strict compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Ed excels in cost control, contract negotiation, and coordinating skilled trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and flooring installation.
Kyle Roeter
President
Kyle is a former Technical Product Manager at Amazon Web Services where he worked on AI chatbots and software solutions to improve business operations. He is a former Army Green Beret and Infantry officer and served in Operation Enduring Freedom. Prior to Amazon Kyle worked as a management Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. He has a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and a Masters from the Wharton School of Business.
